• Your iOS or iPadOS version
• Your Arenetto version
• A description of the issue
• The steps that reproduce the issue

Do not send passwords, payment information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.

Basic troubleshooting

1. Close and reopen Arenetto.
2. Confirm the device volume is audible.
3. Disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth or wired audio if sound is routed incorrectly.
4. Restart the device.
5. Confirm the latest available Arenetto version is installed.
6. Contact support if the issue continues.

• No account is required.
• The app is free.
• There are currently no advertisements, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
